I successfully launched my career in the music industry writing songs. Surrounded by a musical family I taught myself to play piano. Working extremely hard I developed my skills as a singer. It was in church as a teenager I was exposed to the hymns and Christian stories that would later influence my work.
In 1993, following an injury, I gave my life to God. It was then I began, with sensitivity and compassion, to write songs and poetry. With much effort my manager/ Dana Gary and I began working together on my first album. In 2003 I completed my first project, "From the Heart."
Months later, my angelic sound led to a recording contract with Tate publishing Enterprise. My album, "I Will Sing," featured pianist Jack Colombo from the early fifties band "Drifter’s."
Today I lead worship in my local church, perform acts for charity, nursing homes, and coffee houses and I continue to receive many awards for "Accomplished Poet and Songwriter."
Although I'm currently active, I continue to dive into the countless opportunities that will eventually take me to greater places.
Branching out professionally in 2012, I recorded my song, "I Could Have Walked Away," with award winning producer Doc Holiday and the A Team at Quad Studios in Nashville, TN. I am currently joined with Artist David Niles writing lyrics, and composing melodies for our upcoming album.
