Skip House
The foundation of Skip House was laid early in 2012, when Tracy met with Dan and put some hard-hitting beats to his aggressive, dark riffs. A few weeks later, Nick joined in his first jam session, where his angsty poetry quickly evolved into strangely sinister rock lyrics. The trio worked until late spring, formulating new songs and honing their sound until they found their low-end—The Bass Guy. Skip House was official, and the music scene in the Greater Washington Metropolitan area was never the same. Skip House performed it’s first live show on August 21, 2012 at Northside Social in Arlington, VA, and plans to continue sharing the wealth of a rockin’ good time for years to come. Sound Mix TWO CUPS blues, ONE TABLESPOON alt-rock and TWO-THIRDS CUP acid rock. Stir with a spatula until evenly mixed. Bake at 350F for 20 MINUTES. Sprinkle on metal and garnish with funk to your liking. Best served with a Double IPA or other craft brew. See you at our next show!
