Floyd Elzie Jr"Scopala-de-lz" was born in Bossier City, Louisiana on June 29,1970 to Floyd Elzie and Emma Jean Slate Elzie.
Moved to Houston,Tx in 1972.Attended SunnySide Elementary, Hartman Jr High, and Graduated from Houston Sterling High School in 1988.
