Free concerts featuring local musicians are held each Wednesday from 12-1 at Pipeline Alley located along Oil Creek, behind the National Transit Building at 206 Seneca Street in downtown Oil City, PA. Pipeline Alley, between the National Transit Building and its Annex, is the site of 14 summer concerts sponsored by the Oil City Arts Council. In case of rain the concerts are held in The “Great Room” of the Transit Building. The concerts are free, but contributions will be accepted. Bring your lunch and enjoy the music. The concerts start at noon and last until 1 PM.Save
