Short notice solo singer-songwriter gig tomorrow Friday night 9m $5 cover at The British Ex-Serviceman's Association 1143 Kingsway, Vancouver. I play a 40 minute opener for blues funk band MG Graveyard and reggae blues band Full Moon. Gonna be fun!

The White Rock Blues Society is conducting an event to determine what Vancouver area blues band will be sponsored to represent Vancouver at the 29th Annual International Blues Challenge event taking place in January 2013 in Memphis TN famed Beale Street entertainment district. In 2012, 119 bands and 86 solo/duo acts from around the world entered the competition. Some of Vancouver's top Blues Bands will be performing 25 minute sets in front of fans and three judges who will be using the same selection criteria used in Memphis.
