More Than Rubies began as a musical duo featuring singer-songwriters Nicole Witt and Christa Wells. The band released a self-titled album in 2013, consisting of 11 folk-inspired, harmonic tracks for worship and inspiration.
In 2020 More Than Rubies expands to become an umbrella name for female-led releases developed by Wells and Witt. Their first release as such will feature Nashville's beloved Ellie Holcomb on a single called The Bravest Thing.
