I'm an Arkansas songwriter. I write songs for both male and female artists. I was a semi-finalist in the Unsigned Only Songwriting Contest for my song, "Too Far Gone". My song, "I'd Die Trying" was on hold with CURB Records for a year. I got permission to submit, "I'd Die Trying" to Mark Chesnutt. I also got permission to submit "Between Her Memory & Me" to George Strait's label. My song, "That's Between Her Memory & Me" got an Honorable Mention in the John Lennon Songwriting Contest and just missed being in the top ten songs in the country genre. "Till The Lonely's Gone" has a Kelly Clarkson feel , and "Expert On Lonely" has a Jason Aldean kind of sound. I am singing the vocals on "Taylor's Bluff", and "When You Hold Me" & a few others. I don't claim to have pitch perfect vocals....I'm way more into songwriting than performing myself... I've been fortunate to have my songs included on the albums of my friends and local artists such as Ben Coulter, Dana Landers, & Tony Witt. I'm very open to networking and co-writing with other songwriters! Expecting great things to come by the sheer grace of GOD, who gets all credit for any talent he has blessed me with!!!
