Bio
Glenn French is a singer/songwriter from Fairfield,Connecticut. He is also a self taught musician and accomplished guitarist. His music is best described as “adult contemporary” with influences of “folk” and “blues“.
In 1997, using his two car garage as a home recording studio,Glenn began writing and recording songs. In 2002, Glenn was contacted by Steve Haggard of Wild Oats Records, an independent label based out of Nashville.Steve produced Glenn’s latest CD entitled “Timeless”.
Glenn is gaining International notoriety for his works and receiving airplay all over the world. The media compares his music to James Taylor.

Glenn French is a singer/songwriter from Ct.His music is described as adult contemporary and folk.Glenn has over 30 years guitar playing experience and has also performed in various local blues bands.Studying his large collection of vinyl records over the years,he decided to start writing songs in 1997.He brings intelligent lyrics and music reminiscent of early Neil Young and James Taylor.After Glenn had about 30 songs written,he decided to go into studio and self produce his self titled debut cd.The cd contained 18 songs with French on vocals,mandolin,slide and acoustic guitars,and bass.In 2000 he was contacted by Steve Haggard of Wild Oats Records in Nashville and recorded 4 new versions of songs from his debut cd.In 2006 Glenn recorded his first full length cd through Wild Oats Records named "Timeless".Glenn's debut cd and "Timeless" are both available on CDBaby.com and his songs are also available digitally on ITunes.
