Who am I? What makes me tick? It's hard to define, as I am many people inside. I'm a highly creative person, who is approval driven, and it manifests in several ways: I'm a singer/songwriter, with 17 CD's of original music, each with 15 songs on them. I have been a songwriter since I was about 11 years old. I have spent a lifetime working on my craft and my catalogue. I love to sort out the world I know, and think about, and make a song about what I learned or how I feel. I love it when my music resonates with other people, and together we have a common bond of this experience. I'm technical, and love to record and produce these songs, and build on the ideas, to make a radio ready product. I then send my songs to internet radio stations around the world for radio play. I see beauty and value in every person I meet, and it gives me joy to help them achieve their dreams. Especially songwriters and musicians. As a Photographer/Videographer, it compels me to photograph them, videotape them, and promote them, so that they can see how beautiful and talented they are, and it helps them succeed. It's very rewarding, that something I can do for them, is important to them. As long as I'm physically able, it's a great way for me to give back to the community that has helped me. I help with graphic design, website design, database management, sales pitches, presentations, photography, music, and video editing. I love working for Bright Frontier Films in this capacity, working behind the scenes to help grow this company to new levels of success! I love to promote it with posters, and graphics, and organize with forms. It brings me great joy to think and plan, and implement fun ideas, to make a fun, memorable experience for all. I love themes, as it is so much fun to think of things this way. I love organizing groups. I created The Gail Carson Show, an indie artist showcase series for radio. I enjoy celebrating other singer/songwriters, by compiling radio shows and promoting them, and their songs. I take these shows and distribute them to several internet radio shows around the world that I have become affiliated with. In this way it gives these singer/songwriters an opportunity to be heard by new audiences around the world. It's fun,exciting,and rewarding.
