Michelle Moseley discovered a love for writing at the age of 12 years old when her mother gave her a diary. She soon focused on expressing her thoughts and feelings through the art of poetry. As her writing skills continued to developed, Michelle was encouraged to by her elementary teachers to share her work with her classmates. Michelle would spend her formative years developing multiple artistic abilities that would also include performing arts, specifically acting. Her formal training started with commercial acting seminars with Weist-Barron-Ryan Of New York Acting Workshop in Atlantic City, New Jersey. She has also attended numerous acting workshops that have included the ABBF Actors Boot Camp in Miami, Florida that was instructed by Film actor/director Bill Duke and theatre training with Titus Walker at the UJAMA Theatre in New York, New York. It was during this time she made her debut on the open mic poetry scene in Atlantic City. Since her first appearance in 2004 at The Flow Session: Music & Spoken Word in Atlantic City, Ms. Moseley has performed regularly at that venue to become a featured artist as well as an occasional guest host. The South Jersey based showcase was opportunity perform in venues that included shows at Tropicana Hotel & Casino, Charter Tech School Of Performing Arts, MLK Complex, and the JFK Summer Stage. Her talent taken her to popular venues in Philadelphia and New York City that have included Jus Words, Panoramic Poetry, and Infusion Coffee & Tea Gallery.
