Cathy is an eclectic musician with extraordinary songwriting skills. As a soloist, she plays piano, guitar and sings. She leads the female bluegrass/folk band Patchwork and society/jazz band MoonDancer. This award-winning songwriter has been published in jazz, folk, children's and New Thought music. She has appeared on stage and/or radio with Tom Paxton, Garrison Keillor, Pete Seeger, jazz artists Rob Bargad, Dave Frishberg and Bobby Sanabrio, and authors Marianne Williamson and Alan Cohen. She produces a weekly radio show at WUFT, plays at Unity of Gainesville and other New Thought churches, and is a leader in the Arts in Healthcare world for her knowledge and use of music to transform the hospital environment and patient experience.
