Byron Thomas was born in Omaha, Nebraska. Early on, his family moved to Romulus, Michigan, where he still resides. Throughout his life, Byron has had a deep passion and desire to make a difference in people’s lives. This drove his desire to become a Licensed Social Worker in the state of Michigan after attending Western Michigan University. He continues to reach out to others through his work at The Senior Alliance, the Area Agency on Aging for western Wayne County. A portion of all proceeds from the sale of Byron's CD's is donated to The Senior Alliance, And Alzheimers research.
Byron’s roots in music extend deep into Gospel and other soulful music.
