"Carnival" CD (self released)
Quality roots blues/country rock in a mature vein, and from Evansville talent, no less! Clark is here joined by local names Tommy Stillwell, Jon Rochner, and Jimmy Cummings for their first album in 7 years. Fans of of stuff like John Mellencamp or Tom Petty will be quite pleased, as Clark and company stir it up Midwestern-style. Superb!

“Before going on stage at the Moondog Tavern, Bobby Clark told me, "The only thing I truly understand about this whole thing ... is that I hear songs in my head, and I want other people to hear them." A confident veteran of music who understands better than most how to straddle the line between entertainer and artist, from the first bars of his opening number you quickly understand that Bobby -- as well as the group of A-List veteran players he surrounds himself with -- simply loves playing for an audience. To him it doesn't matter whether it's the classic rock cover songs he's been playing all his life offered up to an area of six thousand screaming fans, or his own original music played to a living room of six friends. His goal, first and foremost, is to make sure you, the audience, are having a good time.

"Bobby is just as at home in the studio as he is on stage. Either way, he knows what he wants from his band and he makes it happen. It hasn't been "work" when working with Bobby in the studio, it's been a real pleasure. It's his recordings that I pull up to impress potential studio or production clients..."

“Bobby Clark is a wonderful performer who gets into the music he sings. He makes sure that you are not only going to enjoy his music but his shows. He's not a performer who stands around and just sings. With his upbeat stage personality he gets the audience involved in his music.

"In my 20 plus years in the radio business, I have watched a lot of local and regional talent come and go. Bobby Clark is one of those that has mystified me. How could this guy be so powerfully talented, with the energy he has, and the passion for music he bleeds, yet still be small enough potatoes to be playing small clubs? Bobby Clark is the real deal, I recognized that immediately, and eventually some wise label will do likewise."
