Original music and lyrics, piano and vocals by Annika Vitolo. All songs produced, engineered and all other instrumentation by Dean Bohana, www.DeanBohana.com. Annika is a Brooklyn-bred pianist, singer and songwriter. She's enjoyed extending the creative process by making homemade music videos, and credits this for many new listeners discovering her music in the US and abroad. She is best known for "Streets of Brooklyn", her musical ode to her hometown. With over 300,000 views since being released on YouTube in 2010, its online popularity still resonates today with heartfelt comments from Brooklynites. Annika is grateful to still receive current radio airplay from NY-based FM station WTBQ when airing their "Songs About the Streets of NY" theme segment. Annika's original 15 track album "Affinity" was released in 2013 and can be found on Apple Music, Spotify, and Amazon Music. She has performed her originals at iconic venues including The Bitter End in NYC and The Stone Pony in Asbury Park NJ, as well as the Cape May and Millennial Music conferences. These days Annika lives in coastal Delaware and has recently returned to performing and songwriting after a long absence. Annika is available for singer/songwriter venues, performing all original content. She is also available as "Classic Keys With Annika", her new venture, performing acoustic covers of classic rock hits. Annika can be contacted at AVitoloMusic@gmail.com.
