13th Floor is an original alternative rock band comprised of John Stampolis (vocals, guitar) ,Scott Hathaway (Bass Guitar, Vocals), Steve Rivera (Lead Guitars,Vocals), Ron Jon (Drums,Percussion,Vocals)Though they are influenced by a wide range of artists their most common influences are Led Zeppelin, The Doors, Pearl Jam,Iron Maiden, Alice in Chains, Tool, Nirvana ,Soundgarden, & Black Sabbath, Pink Floyd,The Beatles ,U2,The Rolling Stones, Korn, Slayer , Rush ,Alice Cooper, Billy (freakin) Idol ,Motley Crue . judas priest, voa, my world, They are now working on there 2nd full length LP 13 New Songs in pre production at the bands Private Studio the album title will be announced in the coming months they should start recording raw tracks in October 2018 a sneak peek of some new music will be provided shortly ( live versions of some new songs ) keep your eyes and ears open...the last full length album was released in 2012 its on i tunes,amazon.and released in 2014 all the major digital distribution channels it was a mix of new and old recordings and the ep self titled 13th Floor great record again its available on iTunes and everywhere else streaming is available as well Their debut EP was recorded and produced at NYC’s Skyline Studios by Grammy winner Ron Allaire (Pantera, Keith Richards) and Jonathan Mover (Fuel, Everlast, Shakira). 13th Floor has played renowned NYC venues such as CBGBs, Highline Ballroom, The Gramercy Theater, Crash Mansion, Mercury Lounge as well as a five week residency at Arlenes Grocery . , 13th Floor was editors pick on Indie-Music.com where, as per Mike Cameo of Indies Top 10, they've been dominating the hard rock charts since. Mike Cameo has featured all five songs off their debut EP on his show Indies Top 10; “Illusions” , “Moeshin” , “Yesterday” , “Lady of Disgrace” and “Breakin’ Down” . “Breakin’ Down” has been played on Q104.3 by Jonathan Clarke on his show Out of the Box and in was also chosen as part of a pilot program for sponsored songs by ReverbNation and the inaugural brand partner, Microsoft.
