California native Tim Tate is a veteran when it comes to his no-nonsense approach to production and songwriting. A professional bassist, inspired by bass heroes like Jaco Pastorius and Abraham Laboriel, Tim’s inclination for music is his greatest strength, let alone his knack for versatility. Tim has worked with the likes of Grammy winning music director and drummer Swiss Chris, heavy-hitting guitarist Byron Bordeaux, and jazz fusion musician Eric Byak. Under the name “Prophet”, Tim aims to leave his mark in the music world with his ambitious songwriting, and well-crafted pop hooks. The music industry proves to be not easy for the overwhelming majority of artists and producers, but Tim is off to what many would say is a an advantageous start.
