The Other Russia

Hailing from Denver Colorado, The Other Russia is a bit of a throw back to the post hardcore sound of the mid 90's. Combining heavy riffs, gruff vocals, melodic leads and punk tempos creates a sound similar to bands like Hot Water Music or Grade. The Other Russia bring a high energy assault to every show they play, having shared the stage with the likes of Bad Brains and G.B.H. among other great bands. After a few line up changes, The Other Russia is stronger than ever and just released their debut ep "Lights Out" recorded at the legendary Blasting Room by Andrew Berlin. The band plans on releasing a new album in early 2013.
