The Monocots

The Monocots are a band formed in 2012 with members from very different backgrounds brought together to create an original sound for the modern scene. Based around the songwriting of Emily Pate, The different backgrounds of the band transform Emily's songs into something that will appeal to tastes across the board. Member including Lead Guitarist Dustin Concannon from The Tammys; James "Snappy" Cole Bassist also of The Tammys but Drummer of The Monocots; and Bassist Chris Winters formally of The Freeloaders based out of Cleveland TN.
