I feel good about my creativity, and being a man of integrity, I commit myself to my word. I advocate freedom, justice and equality to all the human families on the planet. My love goes out to every one, although there may be behaviors and attitudes that some display which rub me the wrong way,...it's their choice to behave the way they; no wrong or right, maybe both, who knows. Only that person; it could be done through the programming as a child. We all could take time and check own hardware to adjust our own program. My goal is to present songs of love, inspiration, personal experiences, and stories given by friends, family, loved ones, situations preceived through my eyes and interpretations and collaborations. Personal development is a continuum that is ongoing. I'm in the gym more, reading more, walking/talking more, and allowing myself to be more approachable. Sometimes I do need small and/or large amounts of time to recharge my Self, with some alone time. Self-care is like self-preservation. It's the first law of nature. Know that you can overcome any obstacle to become whatever you want; be solution oriented. I am elevating in the songwriting biz, and feeling quite elated. Even with baby steps, the progress is measurable. As always the journey continues with improvement and critiquing. I am a little bit into the future; being closer to the best version of myself. Although I realize that better always can get better. There is always some other area that I will see, where things can be improved or removed. As I want for me, I want for you; which is to elevate, and continue to experience success. I realize how important it is to grow all areas of life in balance. I am also benefiting from utilizing and enhancing all 7 senses. Tuning into the constant movement that the body is making, along with being moved by the rotation and orbitation of the earth. All these areas cry out for attention in their development. These are the points of focus which I engage when writing a song. There is always so much to learn and experience, so my response is a YES to give more, learn more, love more, do more, and become more. I look to be an example to those who have decided that they know enough, and are satisfied in doing the same ole same ole - to stretch, challenge, and expect more. I have made much progress with my vocal confidence. Now, I want to focus on the development of some dance steps while performing, a little wardrobe adjustment, and just letting go and having fun. My courage is lifting. And for future performances, I am venturing into the Karaoke forums/venues - to sing, as well as perform some of my own material. I have great appreciation for all the feedback, and criticism. I continue to learn from it and it allows me to continue my growth process. So please, keep it coming. It is true that we artist are sensitive, but I do have a hard protective shell. Wishing you all the best and much more success while continuing to remain blessed. Peace, and much love to you. By allowing myself to be vulnerable; stepping to the edge and doing my thing, in the public eye; good, bad or indifferent, with no nerves of steel, while my hands remain on the steering wheel, I accept the challenges while enjoying the ride and at times, forgetting where I'm going, as the road keeps on flowing. Measuring progress and making changes always presents some discomfort. It just naturally comes with the territory. The price of growth is throwing out the old and allowing the new to nurture you. At present I am in a space where I recognize when I am in a rut; and I put into place a refresh course of action to take, by shaking things up and allowing new people in and checking out different activities to help broaden my mind. The passion for songwriting and singing, which I claim as my "Calling", receives a great deal of attention, and at times I have to push myself away from the workstation to develop my rusty social skills. At the moment I do have a couple of companions/associates, who I call friends, to hang out with, go dancing, and other things which involve interacting with folks. I'm always looking forward to connecting with people in or about music and song, with the hopes of collaborating and honing one another's chops/craft to a more expansive extent. Continuing to work and improve in all facets of life. Looking forward to setting a better example by deeds of selflessness and selfishness. Often in life, I need to fall back two steps, in order to progress seven steps; and to rise higher while uplifting the spiritual growth of the group consciousness of humanity to expand universal love. I want for others, the same as I want for myself: optimum health, fruitful wisdom, and abundant wealth. To be aware is to be alive, but to be Self-Aware is to know your purpose for being. I am a natural baritone, whose range expands well into second tenor. I continue to excel in vocal training, while improving in the art of songwriting.
