Orquesta Nueva Era attempted to include a salsa dura and latin jazz cd with great taste in tunes from the Sound of Music, Tower of Power and Miles Davis, as well as original salsa dura compositions arranged by Ray Santos, Oscar Hernandez, Julio Jauregui Steve has accompanied artists such as Tito Nieves, Tony Vega, Willie Gonzalez, La India, Proyecto A, Lalo Rodríguez, Roberto Blades, Héctor Tricoche, David Pabon, Adalberto Santiago, Michael Stuart, Paquito Guzmán, Marvin Santiago, Melcochita, Wilson “Saoko” Manyoma, entre otros. Junto a su Orquesta Nueva Era, Steve has shared the stage with bands such as Puerto Rican Power, Gilberto Santa Rosa, Orquesta Adolecent's, Grupo Niche, Oscar D' León, Tito Rojas, Sonora Carruseles.
