Spectra

Spectra is redefining the pop music realm - on her own terms. Described as an “impossible to ignore artist”, Spectra is a Chicago-based musician, songwriter, pianist, and performance artist blending piano driven emotion with a rebel pop bite. Her voice is raw, personal, and fearless — the kind that pulls you in before you realize you’ve stopped scrolling. Introspective lyrics hit hard, wrapped in bold female pop energy and superb confidence. She’s been releasing and performing since 2014, starting with the dance-pop EP Blood, followed by Criminal, which leaned into live-band power. Her latest release, “Calling You,” a slow-burning piano track, dropped with a house remix in January 2026 — signaling a return to her dancefloor pop roots. Several new releases are on the way this year. Bringing fierce queer representation to the stage, Spectra delivers high-voltage, instinctively charged live shows defined by a mysterious, rock ’n roll - rebel aesthetic. Intimate acoustic sets with piano showcase her versatile musicianship and stripped-back vulnerability. Something bold is being built - and she’s not asking for permission.
