Born and raised in Queens NY for 16 years, I have loved hip-hop since the 3rd grade. I relocated to GA when I was 16. I've been here for 6 years and I still love hip-hop. There's only one problem though. Much of today's mainstream hip-hop/rap is destroying it's listeners piece by piece. The guns, the jewels, the cars, drugs, sex, women etc. that the music glorifies is not benefiting our people in any way. After being shot at once before for one of the most ridiculous reasons ever, I have come to the conclusion that our rate of self destruction is increasing. I believe that with the help of others like me, I can help change the world for the better through music.
