S. Madison, also known to his fans as Dottie, is a rap artist/song writer/Dj who has built a fan base in the Twin Cities. After moving to Minnesota from the South side of Chicago, he had become exposed to artist he had not yet known like Elton John, Empire of The Sun, and Prince. Artist such as these have become prominent influences of S. Madison's music even today. Known for merging genres in his music, S. Madison unique style of music has brought him to many stages throughout Minnesota, The Dakotas, Colorado, Wisconsin, and Iowa. He has performed at venues such as First Avenue, Mill City Nights, Target Center, and more. S. Madison's style of music is a blend of hiphop, pop, r&b, and rock, making him an act that can appeal to all music lovers. Taking experiences and conversations from real life, S. Madison is dedicated to making the music he creates authentic and relatable. More than anything, he is dedicated to energizing his audience and making sure the crowd feels as much part of the performance as he is. S. Madison's latest project is titled, '' GoodIntentions BadDecisions'' , a hiphop/rnb infused project that reflects the raw emotion of complicated relationships and heartbreak. Going forward, S. Madison would like to retrain the underground feel of his music while still reaching larger audiences. In the music to come, he aims to continue surprising people and leave his audience knowing that they will not be let down.
