Siobhan Dillon

Siobhan started her career on the BBC's 'How Do You Solve A Problem Like Maria?' Watched and supported by millions, Siobhan came second runner-up. Since the competition in 2006 Siobhan has worked with Universal Records which was where her songwriting passion began. Siobhan went on to play Patty Simcox in her West End debut of David Ian and Paul Nicholas' production of 'GREASE' at the Piccadilly Theatre, in which she also performed Sandy and Marty at a number of performances. She then went on to play the lead role of Mandy in Bill Kenwrights' production of 'Can't Smile Without You' which toured the UK last autumn. Siobhan, meanwhile, has also been songwriting, developing and recording her solo music album with Eliot Kennedy in Nashville, Australia and the UK. The album consists of exciting original material which Siobhan has mostly co-written alongside a few carefully selected covers including Songbird. A song she sang on the 'Maria' show. Currently, Siobhan has just played Sally Bowles in Bill Kenwrights' production of 'CABARET', which toured the UK until the end of November. Siobhan will be playing 'Sandy' in the west end production of 'Grease' for 6 months. Siobhan will be releasing her first single 'Amazing', which is the theme of the One Song Foundation, and will also be from her new album early 2010. The foundation and it's principles of changing the world one song at a time cried out to Siobhan, who didn't want to wait till she was famous to donate her song, she chose to donate her first single to the foundation now, when it will make the most difference. Siobhan will be the ambassador of the foundation appearing at dates and events wherever the foundation can make a difference.
