Sam Brown

Sam Brown is a 19 year old musician, producer, audio engineer, and YouTuber hailing from banking city, Charlotte, North Carolina. Sam found a love for music in an early fascination with the process of audio recording. At the young age of 13, Sam began recording and mixing his older sibling's band's music at their rehearsals just for fun. While he spent his time honing his skills as an audio engineer, Sam began writing and producing his own original material. His music is energetically driven by drums and supported by a blend of rhythm piano and electric guitars, noted by many as a Queen-like amalgamation. Sam's debut EP "37 Reasons" was independently released in 2013 and garnered hundreds of thousands of hits on the Internet from various sources. The songs from this EP, (Most notably the first track "Who Cares") can be spotted in an array of media such as commercials, independent films, and YouTube videos. Sam released his sophomore EP, "Breakfast In New York" in the summer of 2015. At 19 years old with two EPs under his belt, Sam runs a successful YouTube channel where he produces his own covers of popular music with an interesting twist. In these videos, Sam records himself one by one in a standard rock lineup (drums, guitar, bass, keyboards, vocals). Every part is done in one take the entire way through the song with no breaks or punch ins.
