The Rawmarsh Mashers are simply two old “buggers” having fun.
The union of Dickie and Myke is the result of their respective partners becoming so tired of their bodies that they were instructed to go out and get a proper hobby.
And so the guitars were dusted off, the strings tuned to a pitch just good enough for folk, the song books blown clean of cob webs, and The Mashers were launched onto an unsuspecting South Yorkshire Folk scene, where they regularly can be found terrorising audiences....
