The Biloxi, Mississippi born emcee always had a love for Hip-hop's golden era. His raw lyricism is evocative of the 80's Rhakim. Combining the current sound of trap, with nostalgic boom bap break beats, he's poised to usher in a "New Golden Age" in hip-hop. His mindset is that of a pioneer leading his generation out of the dark ages and into a new era of equality and freedom. "Oceans" embodies the raw human emotion of escapism in an arduous cynical world set agains Haunting synths and 808 trap drum programming.
