Queenie Mullinix

Her music, like herself, is pure Americana. Born in Brooklyn, NY and transplanted to the south as a child, Queenie was raised on The Rat Pack, The Beatles and the country music of the 60's and 70's. Inspired by the voices of Linda Ronstadt, Emmy Lou Harris and Bonnie Raitt and the songwriting of John Prine, Karla Bonoff, Nanci Griffith and the Eagles - Queenie carries it all with her on her musical journey. Here latest album Someone’s Always Leaving brings her back to the soul-baring, true storytelling that beckons the listener to roll down the windows and ride along.
