Nick Nemesis

Challenges are nothing new to rising hip-hop star Nick Nemesis. The West Chester, PA native has been living with a heart disease commonly known as "sudden death syndrome" since age 5. The young emcee's heart even completely stopped three times and he is still here, consistently improving with each release. There is no denying that Nick has been prolific ever since he began his journey to achieve his musical dreams. Since 2008, he has released 11 mixtapes and counting, which is a testament to his undying work ethic. In his short life, he has already recorded collaborations featuring known street rap artists King Los (Bad Boy Records), J.R. Writer of Dipset, Chubby Jag and Freck Billionaire. Of course, you cannot overlook Nick's live show resume either. Just a sample of the acts he's shared the stage with include Snoop Dogg, Mobb Deep, Mac Miller, Warren G, Lloyd Banks, Freddie Gibbs, Chris Webby, Jarren Benton, Rittz, Snow Tha Product and Skatterman. With each show, Nick Nemesis' broad fanbase has noticed marked improvement in his performance, as he lets his charisma shine, and his sharp delivery of hard hitting bars cuts through any distractions. As if all of this wasn't enough, Nick's online presence is also quite strong and growing exponentially. His acclaimed 2011 mixtape "Sidetracked 2" has accumulated over 1,500 downloads on DatPiff.com with a solid 4 star rating. Two years later, his "Insomniak" mixtape topped those numbers with over 3,500 downloads and a 5 star rating. Also, the song "Work @ Work" from that mixtape received radio play on Philadelphia's major hiphop station Power 99. These accomplishments are just the beginning for Nick Nemesis, as his unstoppable hustle and precise mic skills continue to propel him to greatness. Being able to appeal to fans of raw lyricism while still packing his work with catchy, top notch hooks is a balance this young man has mastered at a very young age...and his potential is only growing.
