For me, it all started on a Sunday night in 1964 ... February 9 ... the Beatles took the stage on the Ed Sullivan show and while the girls in the audience screamed, my parents and grandparents exclaimed about the "long hairs", a 7-year-old boy thought, 'I'm going to learn to play the guitar one day!' I've now been playing guitar and writing songs for over 50 years and released my first CD of original songs in 2011 titled '40 Years of Life, Love, and Happiness and all of those things'. My 2nd album, 'Peace Freedom Sanity Serenity' was released in 2013, and I released my 3rd album, 'Empty Pages and Lost Songs' in 2015 and 'Fact and Fiction' in 2016, 'Love and War' in October 2018 and 'Into the Vortex ... and Out the Other Side' In December 2021 - all of which are available on AppleMusic, CD Baby and Spotify. In 2012 was playing guitar and keyboards for a Beatles tribute band, 'Instant Karma' until we dissolved due to scheduling issues. Once a year I used to join up with the 'Scrambled Eggs', a group of friends, to play Beatles songs at the annual fund raising benefit show at the Me & Thee Coffeehouse in Marblehead, MA. Along with Tammy Jann, we co-facilitate a songwriter group that meets once a month in Nashua, NH - SONG: Songwriters Of New Hampshire Group, free to all songwriters at any level.
