After three years of living in Los Angeles, CA, this singer/songwriter Michelle LaBelle, has relocated back to her roots in NJ. With her acoustic guitar and backing band, she spent months of performing up an down the sunset strip, rockin out on the famous Wiltern stage, and attending songwriters in the round events. Michelle LaBelle spent two years at the Musicians Institute, graduating from the Vocal Performance Program with a duel emphasis of the Independent Artist and Music Business Program. During this time, Michelle LaBelle recorded her first EP "Been There, Done That" and also performed on tracks being pitched to music supervisors around Los Angeles. Her energy has the capability to grab every eye in the room and to turn a talkative crowd into an attentive silence. She has developed her sound and has been referred as the perfect mix of Alanis Morissette and Katy Perry. With a fresh pop sound and earthy roots, she has managed to keep the rawness of a true singer/songwriter. Currently working on her first album, Michelle LaBelle is preparing to take on the east coast in full force.
