At the year of 2004, the impious mind of two friends in a boozy night gives birth to Martini Machine, which may be legally brazilian, but in fact is marked by a genetic heritage that goes beyond the tupiniquins territorial frontiers and, at first, comes only looking for fun. Amid liters of sweat and an effervescent musicality between a gig and another, the band started the composing process without running away from the influence of great names that are intimately impregnated in every song of its repertory, but also adding a modern touch and view, without any limits for the member’s creativity. Instead of playing along with the prevailing trends, Martini’s music doesn’t follow rules, only being dictated by its own terms. What you can hear is a belittling with the actual ditties of World’s musical scene and the defense of the essence of everything that was built in the golden decades of the naked, rough and psychedelic Rock ‘n Roll, with a slightly touch of 00’s years and each band member’s musicality. Everything in the exact dose, like a tasty martini demands.
