As a solo artist, Mark’s evocative and emotional music combines elements from Rock, Blues, Pop, R&B and Alternative. Some of his songs are similar to: Muse, U2, INXS, The Vines, The Hives and Lenny Kravitz. Mark's influences include: Beatles, Stones, Bowie, Prince, Miles Davis, Jimi Hendrix, Beck, Led Zeppelin, Elton John, Stevie Wonder, Jeff Beck, Steely Dan, John Coltrane, Coldplay, Gentle Giant, Elvis, Depeche Mode, Sly, Joni Mitchell, Mahavishnu Orchestra... to start. Mark has performed and/or recorded with members of Slash’s Snakepit, Alice Cooper, Elton John, The Eagles, The Pointer Sisters, Missing Persons, Lizzy Borden, The Ohio Express, Bo Donaldson & The Heywoods, Tommy Boyce, Ted Nugent, Cheap Trick, Carmine Appice, Ron Dante, The Rascals, Concrete Blonde, The Cowsills, Bobby Day, Ian Mitchell, and The Bay City Rollers. Mark has also opened for Peter Frampton, Kansas, 38 Special, Carl Carlton, Dickey Betts of The Allman Brothers, Spencer Davis, The Tokens and Tierra among many others. He also has had over 50 songs placed in various TV shows and movies. Mark is a true musician; he sings, writes, produces, plays guitar, keyboards, bass and drums.
