MarazA

Growing up listening to all kinds of music that radio threw at him, S’phamandla Mhlongo developed a unique taste and interpretation of Hip Hop music. Later he would adopt the name MarazA, get on stage for his first battle and the rest is the future. He is a member of Hip Hop outfit Jus Dat! which was formed in 2005 together with his then new friend; Dezza. After winning the 2008 Jam Alley Versus competition and winning the S.A leg of the 2009 Channel O Emcee Africa competition, it seems the continent is more than ready for this 20 year old who managed to secure third place at the Africa finals held in Botswana. Now under a new label, he has new fans, new outlook on life and A BRAND-NEW APPROACH TO MUSIC AND POETRY.
