Hello all, My name is Lucas Ashby, and I'm a world musician specializing in Jazz Cello, Jazz Drumset, and Brazilian, African, Indian and Middle Eastern Percussion. Here you'll find some of my tunes. Enjoy! Below you'll find the first single from my upcoming release, entitled "Day Track." Every sound you hear on the tune was created by me, and each track was created in one clean take. The instrumentation includes Cello, Caxixi, Bosphorus riveted Ride Cymbal (courtesy of the great Jamey Haddad), Tabla (courtesy of Denise "Guruji" Nuttall), inverted Nipple Gong, Nylon string guitar, and Pandeiro.
