Kinda Creepy

Kinda Creepy is a high-energy rock band with punk, metal and surf influences, from Oklahoma. The band consists of three members. Troy Miller, guitarist/lead vocalist, is 32. He is from Edmond and currently resides in Yukon with his wife. He is a full-time engineer and enjoys playing soccer. Troy did a lot of traveling during his childhood with his sister, Olympic gymnast Shannon Miller. Keith Kostura, drummer is 33. He also is from Edmond. Keith currently is purchasing a home in Shawnee with his wife, daughter and son. He’s a jack of all trades always looking for the next best career move. Keith loves music, especially punk. He has hundreds (possibly thousands) of cds and records. He can beat out anybody on music trivia. Justin Clemmons, 31, plays bass for Kinda Creepy. He’s from the Shawnee/Tecumseh area and currently resides in Shawnee with his fiance, and her son and daughter. Justin is a mechanic who will make sure to get his band to any show on time! He loves spending time with his new family and making home-brewed beer. In 2003, Keith and Troy met and formed the band, Murder on Easy Street. Ironically, Troy was then the drummer, and Keith was guitarist. Murder on Easy Street was a hardcore/punk band that frequented the Oklahoma City punk scene for about a year. Justin and Keith met through an oklahomapunkscene.com ad in 2005. Keith was working on forming a new band which later became Drunk on Sunday. DOS was a heavy punk band which frequented many Oklahoma City venues for a few years. In 2011, Troy and Keith started jamming and came up with the concept for their new band. Justin was happy to join the band, and Kinda Creepy was born. The band currently has 14 original songs, including such charms as Joke, Noise Floored and Looking Glass. They also have a few favorite covers including songs by Superchunk, Dayglo Abortions, Nirvana and Tom Petty. Kinda Creepy is looking to play shows in any surrounding states, or of course, Oklahoma.
