Kathryn Jean

Kathryn Jean is a Canadian songwriter who composes, sings, writes lyrics, ditties, poetry and short stories. She started writing as a young girl and continues today in her home on Vancouver Island. Born in Ontario, Kathryn Jean moved out to the West Coast as a young girl with her family and grew up enjoying all types of music. She learned to play the piano, guitar, flute and other instruments through the school years and that is when she discovered an inner desire to write songs, find my inner poetry and acknowledge special moments of life through short stories. Kathryn Jean has worked in various fields including Real Estate, Paramedical and Nursing leaving the corners of time for her passionate aberrations in writing. As life moves on she find herself drawn to the engaging creativity in writing, composing, compiling, arranging, recording, performing and publishing. Now residing on Vancouver Island, Kathryn Jean continues to compose, sing, write, record and play her original works which she would love to share with you or create for you.
