Jules Mayhem

JULES MAYHEM is a Bay Area native and long-time San Francisco resident. After attending local shows in San Francisco, she embraced her passion and jumped into the music scene. With her classical viola training serving as her musical foundation, she quickly picked up the guitar and translated her poetry into song. Her dream was to connect people with music, and she did just that with her non-profit charity, Sing Out of Darkness, an organization that uses music to raise awareness about the issue of suicide & depression. Mayhem describes her style as “emotional folk”, and has been compared to Patti Griffin, Edie Brickell, & Alanis Morissette.
