Jon Knox

Jon Knox is a session drummer and multi-instrumentalist, producer, beat-maker and composer. His diverse playing experience has led him to work amongst widely acclaimed artists and members of such groups including Adam Again, White Heart, Blind Melon, No Doubt, Audio Adrenaline, Rage Against the Machine, Brothers, John Elefante, Petra, Great White, Crystal Lewis, Steve Cropper, Mandisa of American Idol, Carman, DC Talk, Tyrone Wells, The Bus Boys, Ray Parker Jr., Otis Day and many others. To date, Jon is currently drumming and recording with The Bus Boys and Brian O’Neal and The Union of Saints & Sinners, a CCM band which features members from Petra and Whiteheart, two of the best selling Christian Rock bands of all time. He also recorded a project with the 'Prog-Tronic' rock outfit, Future User which was composed of Rage Against the Machine bassist, Tim Commerford along with Jordan Tarlow on keys and with super-producer Brendan O’Brien handling guitars of this debut recording. Working alongside these multifarious artists allowed him to expand into a very versatile musician. He further pursued his love for music by teaching himself to play guitar, bass and to compose and produce music. Currently, you can find him involved in recording, gigging, making beats, scoring and producing projects. Also, he continues to compose and produce music for artists and several music library companies. His compositions are in these genres of music: Rock, Alternative, Hip Hop, Pop, Indie, R&B and Electronic.
