Jason David Hiatt

Jason David Hiatt is a singer-songwriter who has taken the stage at various festivals, honky tonks, coffee houses, and back porches around the country. He was a finalist in the 2009 Kerrville Folk Festival Grassy Hill New Folk competition, and his songs range in influence from country to folk to jazz to anything that is just good music. Born in Bristol, Connecticut, Jason moved to Texas when he was three months old where he grew up. Both of his parents have eclectic tastes in music and his father (also a songwriter) had a long career in radio working in a variety of formats, which exposed Jason to music from all walks of musical life at an early age. So... Jason wrote his first song in the second grade and basically never stopped.
