Humangled
Humangled started in 90's as a extreme-grind duo (Goreds / Scurb) under the name of Putrid Sequence (releasing one demotape "Inside Reeking Organs"). Just after the demo the duo planned to evolve the project into a traditional death metal live oriented combo, including different musicians for 2 years, and finally stabilizing a line up with Paul Lefthand (Bass) and Rob Bellini (Drums) they realized the demotape "Anatomic Butchery" (1997) under the moniker Humangled. The band remained discographically inactive until the EPs "Refoetalize" (2007) and "Edge of Beyond" (2008), which gained again attention on the band and in 2010, under Abyss Records label, Humangled released their debut album titled "FRACTAL" (sound engineered by Dan Swano at Unisound Studios / Sweden). The title meaning is that as Nature normally compose fractal forms, mind and human behaviours are fractally repeating as well. With this record Humangled focuses lyrics about some of the problems and aberrations of modern society as result of inheritance of these diseases in human minds. On 21st May, 2012 the EP "Odd Ethics" has been released by Abyss Records, showing a more "death'n'roll" attitude. On 23rd June 2015 the second album "Prodromes of a Flatline", still produced by Dan Swano, has been officially released by Bakerteam/Scarlet Records - Italy, which focuses more clearly all the different particularities of Humangled sound.
