Hell to Texas

Hell to Texas is a stripped down Texas Country band from Fort Worth, TX. The band only using acoustic guitars and hand percussion create haunting melodies with powerful lyrics that strike a chord with their listeners. The band’s first single release, 3 fingers Whiskey. Showcases the Hell to Texas style with lyrics such as “she loved me so and I broke her heart, Yeah I took her world and just tore it apart, now I live in misery over songs that never got sung”. Although their roots are firmly placed in Outlaw Country, they draw inspiration from many different lyrical and musical influences. Hell to Texas consist of Cody Gouard on lead vocals and guitar, Aaron McLaughlin on Djembe/Percussion and Rob Johnson on guitar. Hell to Texas has its sights set on bringing their music to a wider audience and is currently in the studio working on their eagerly anticipated self-titled debut release. Hell to Texas is currently booking shows and has recently played the House of Blues in Dallas, TX
