The name Fancy was given to her by a close friend because of the Empress's habitual way of always being well coordinated, colourful and pleasant it was later changed by friends and mainly a community leader to EMPRESS FANCY. As her name states SAMANTHA is the EMPRESS OF ALL THINGS FANCY.
