Emily Grove

Winner of four Asbury Music Awards for Best Female Acoustic Act (2011, 2012,2013 and 2014),and three Jersey Acoustic Music Awards (2011 & 2012, Top Female Vocalist and Top Female Songwriter) singer-songwriter Emily Grove is a featured player on the vibrant Asbury Park music scene, playing with and opening for the likes of Glen Burtnik, Willie Nile, Ari Heist, Rhett Miller (Old 97s), Marshall Crenshaw, Dan Reed, John Lefler (Dashboard Confessional) and many others. She recently done a TEDX at Convention Hall in Asbury Park NJ. She has toured the UK, Ireland, Berlin, Bulagria, Canada, and the US, Headlining as a solo artist, as well as opening for and playing with David Ford, and is featured on his new single "One of These Days." She has also sung backup for David Gray on the Today Show as well as has sung backup for Social Distortion at The Stone Pony Summerstage. Her first EP, "Way Across the Sea" was produced by Jack Daley (Lenny Kravitz). Her new album is "Life of a Commoner", produced by Jason Rubal of Seventh Wave Studio (Amanda Palmer) Her beautiful, unique voice has stopped people in their tracks on the Asbury Park boardwalk, and is at the heart of everything she does.
