Hailing from Detroit, MI; Destroy The Moon formed in early 2009 ready to join the metal scene with an arsenal of varying time signatures, rapid tempo changes, and a progressive song structure. After releasing their first EP ‘Mesozoic’ and undergoing a slight lineup change in late 2010 the band began focusing on writing songs which focused on what the new members had to offer. Heavier and more technical than ever before, Destroy The Moon is well on their way to becoming one of Detroit’s best death metal bands.
