Country Blues Revue,started off as a duo in Santa Fe NM with Marc and Mikes mutual love for old time acoustic blues and ragtime. It has rapidly evolved into the full band you hear on the CD. Almost all of the songs on the CD's are original tunes rooted in the traditionial blues and ragtime tradition.with with cover songs like Willie Browns Mississippi Blues and Merle Travis's Cannonball Rag The Band's "Ophiela" sprinkled into the mix. Recently "The Country Blues Revue" has played,The Silver City Blues Festival The Thirsty Ear Festival, Santa Fe Blues Festival, The Santa Fe Bandstand, as well as many local venues.
