Chaos Theory

The band was founded in the year 2009 in Rovereto (Italy) by Giovanni Spagnolli, with the motivation to play some heavy stuff, heavy for real. The band started to write songs with a really great thrash and hardcore attitude and performing them live. From early 2009 until 2010 they completed 5 tracks and recorded their first EP "Chaos Theory" which it gets rave reviews from the most important Italian webzine (eg entrateparallele.it, Italia di Metallo, Truemetal , etc..) and appear twice in the magazine Metal Maniac in the months of May and June, first with a fantastic review and then with a great interview. Due to the success of their EP, Chaos Theory obtained a deal concerning the release of the debut album"Bio-Death", composed between the end of 2010 and summer of 2011, by Massacre Records. After the release of the album the band has been in contact with some promoters and, after the required negotiations, they got the chance to play with bands like ARTHEMIS, BRUTAL TRUTH, GAMA BOMB, M-PIRE OF EVIL and, after that, the band embarked on their first European tour (8 shows) , which took place in January 2013, playing in Spain (L'Estortit, Palamòs), France (Saint-Etienne, Paris, Caen) Belgium (Antwerp, Oostende) and Netherlands (Amsterdam). At the end of the tour Chaos Theory decided was the time to focus on new stuff to keep the flame alive, so they started the songwriting process which culminated with their 5 songs new EP titled “The Dark Side of Me”, this new act, available since February 21th 2014, was entirely self-produced by the band.
