Q: Where did the name Burnside and Hooker come from?

A: It has a double meaning - Burnside and Hooker were both notorious civil war generals. Burnside was credited for having "side burns" named after him, and Hooker was a known drunk and partying with "questionable women" (hence why they are called "hookers"). However, RL Burnside and John Lee Hooker are also famous blues musicians from our hometown of Chicago. And basically, it just sounds cool! :)
