Apple Trees & Tangerines

Apple Trees and Tangerines is an indie-pop duo originally from Detroit, Michigan. The band members consist of the brother/sister outfit of Jax and Seth Anderson. Apple Trees and Tangerines have had many successes in a year and a half of writing including features on MTV.com (artist of the week), Ourstage.com (an MTV sister site, download of the week) as well as features in many other online and physical publications. Their high energy western "Can You Save Me' is the theme song for USA network's "Covert affairs" and can be heard on their debut EP "A" (released August 14). Seth takes care of all music while Jax takes care of melodies and lyrics. Apple Trees and Tangerines write and record everything on their own in each of their respective dorm rooms/apartments.
