Dubbed the "Prince of Rock 'n' Roll, David Allen has been performing his tribute to the "King of Rock 'n' Roll," Elvis Presley, since 2000. David's been ranked in the top ten in the world by Elvis Presley Enterprises since 2011. David has achieved numerous accomplishments over the years. • 2005 David won the National All Shook Up Title. • 2008 David was awarded the Elvis Cruise Champion sanctioned by Elvis Presley Enterprises (EPE). • 2011 David won the Legends in Concert Myrtle Beach Elvis Tribute Artist Contest. • 2011 David placed in the top ten of the world in the Ultimate Elvis Tribute Artist Competition sanctioned by EPE in Memphis during Elvis Week 2011. • 2012 David starred as Elvis in the hit production Legends in Concert for eight months in Myrtle Beach, SC. • 2012 David won the Elvis Fantasy Fest in Portage, Indiana. • 2013 David placed in the top 12 of the world in the Ultimate Elvis Tribute Artist Competition sanctioned by EPE in Memphis during Elvis Week 2013. David has great passion for learning and perfecting Elvis in order to provide top-notch performances for his fans every time. David has perfected Elvis’ 50’s start-up career, the movie years, the ’68 comeback special and the glory days of Las Vegas. During every performance David enjoys educating his audience about Elvis. “I like to teach my audience things that they may not know about Elvis or that they would be surprised to know,” says David. From the hand gestures to the quivering lip all the way down to the swiveling hips, and let’s not forget about that powerful voice, David rocks the socks of his audience and keeps them begging for more. David’s fans have dubbed him the “Prince of Rock ‘n’ Roll.” “In each one of my performances I like to stay as authentic as possible. I like to make sure that I do the moves way he did them, lift my lip the way he did,” said David about his performances. David considers being an ETA an honor and a privilege. “We carry on a memory of someone that people looked up and still do,” said David about being an ETA. David will continue to bring the joy of Elvis to everyone young and old for as long as he possibly can.
